Abstract

Background. Reengineering of business processes in conditions of implementation into the structure of company management in the course of implementation of methods, promoting the creation of an effective mechanism of operative business management in competitive environment, is an important and topical problem. Therefore the suggested approaches to organizational changes management provides no scientifically substantiated solution of the topical problems of strategic changes management. The study aims at research of factors of organizational changes in a company.
Materials and methods. The research was based on the analysis of basic principles of organizational changes management, mostly by the example of companies functioning in conditions of the developed economies. However the approaches to management of strategic changes that would take into account thespecifics of large scale Russian industrial enterprises in modern conditions are described insufficiently.
Results. The author carried out the system diagnostics of organizational changes in a company that would allow synthesizing the principles of strategic management and reengineering in the process of implementation of the process management methods, which would allow replanning and managing the business processes focusing thereof on achievement of strategica goals of a company.
Conclusions. The author formulated the requirements to a reengineering team and showed the approaches to carry out one of the most important stages of reengineering – building of the organizational model “as it is supposed to be”.
